You have Crohn’s Disease and are currently receiving treatment. Despite treatment, you are still experiencing signs and symptoms of Crohn’s Disease such as diarrhea, stomach pain, and/or fatigue.
Dr. Michael Zimmerman at Digestive Disease Specialists is participating in a breakthrough, nationwide, pharmaceutical research study of an investigational medication to see if it has an effect on patients with Crohn’s Disease who have not responded adequately to currently available medications.

Qualified participants may receive study medication and study related medical care at no cost. You may also receive up to $750.00 for time and travel.
